How to use

To start, use it as a mask for 3-5 minutes and cleanse off.  Gradually increase wear time.  If your skin is tolerating the product without dryness or irritation, use BPO under your moisturizer at night 2-3x per week.  

Max dose: Nightly under moisturizer 

For sensitive skin, always wear BPO as a mask for 5 minutes and then cleanse off.
