Shipping & Returns
We will accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please pack the products in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit and include a copy of your receipt along with the product(s) you are returning.
Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
In the rare case you have an allergy to a product, please contact your RFA skincare provider and we will be here to help you and resolve the issue.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
RFA Skincare will only cover the return shipping costs for orders involving fulfillment error.
Allow two weeks for returns and refunds to be processed if sent by mail. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Products purchased at Racquel Aesthetics must be returned in store.
