California Privacy

This Privacy Notice for California Consumers (the “Notice”) supplements the information contained in our general Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and customers who are residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

- Geolocation data, such as physical location or movements.
- Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information, such as call and video recordings.
- Professional or employment-related information, such as employment history and professional qualifications.
Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information about you from various sources, including:
- Directly from you when you provide it to us.
- Automatically when you visit our website or use our services, through cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies.
- From third-party sources, such as our business partners or service providers.
Use of Personal Information
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:
- To fulfill or meet the reason for which the information is provided.
- To provide, support, personalize, and develop our website, products, and services.
- To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us.

Sharing Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to third parties for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
We may share your personal information with the following categories of third parties:

- Our service providers.
- Third parties to whom you or your agents authorize us to disclose your personal information in connection with products or services we provide to you.
Your Rights and Choices
The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see below), we will disclose to you:
- The categories of personal information we collected about you.
- The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see below), we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
Exercising Your Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by emailing us at hello@racquelaesthetics.com. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to provide certain information to verify your identity, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. We may also use a third-party verification service to verify your identity.
Response Timing and Format
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 days and will endeavor to respond within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services.
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
- Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.

Should you wish to request the deletion of your personal information, we will proceed to delete the information from our records, unless it is mandated by law for us to retain it. We shall also provide you with details on any third-party service providers to whom we may have disclosed your personal information, and we will direct those providers to delete your information as well.
